The new WSA PacMan tool eliminates the need for a command line or command prompt and allows them to install Android apps natively on Windows 11, noting that the tool is available on Github for review and comments and is an open source tool designed specifically for the Windows subsystem of Android on Windows.

It has a graphical user interface (GUI) and runs an ADB command line to install Android apps on Windows 11. The tool uses the Android Linux Subsystem (WSA) of Windows 11, so to use the tool , one-time configuration is required.
