Step 1: Tap the Telegram app on your Android to launch it.
2nd step: Tap the three vertical bars at the top left of the app.
Step 3: Tap Settings.
Step 4: Scroll through the settings options and tap Chat settings.
Step 5: In the upper right corner of the Chat Settings window, tap the vertical ellipsis.
