Hyderabad: The Telugu OTT Aha platform offers an original web film – “Bhamakalapam” – with Priyamani. The poster for the first preview of the film was released on Wednesday.
The film marks the Telugu OTT debut of the popular actress who rose to fame in the digital space with “The Family Man”.
Subtitled “A delicious homemade thriller”, “Bhamakalapam” is directed by Abhimanyu Tadimeti, of the famous “Dear comrade”, with the filmmaker Bharat Kamma as showrunner.

The First Look poster features Priyamani as a housewife in an avatar resembling Goddess Durga and her different dimensions in a typical household. She simultaneously holds a knife, a basket, a plate of biryani, a broom, an egg and a bell from the pooja room while looking at something as if she were holding binoculars in her hand.
The poster, enhanced in different hues throughout the kitchen, hints that the main character is a woman of many shades and can cope with any crisis that comes her way. What does fate have in store for him?
Justin Prabhakaran, the composer of films like ‘Radhe Shyam’ and ‘Dear Comrade’, composes the music for this film. Sudheer Edara and Bogavalli Bapineedu funded the project under SVCC Digital. Cinematographer Deepak Kumar threw the camera, while Viplav is the editor.
The Aha streaming platform also offers an impressive lineup of movies and shows, including “The American Dream,” which will be released on January 14. Aha’s talk show, “Unstoppable,” hosted by actor Nandamuri Balakrishna, was rated # 1 on the talk show. on IMDB too.
