Facebook Messenger integrates messages from Facebook and Instagram. That’s why people use it to keep in touch with their friends and family. However, Messenger can sometimes cause you problems. Sometimes the app fails to send messages or send pictures from gallery. If you suffer from the latter, there are several ways to fix the problem.
1. Check the media size
Facebook Messenger limits the maximum attachment size to 25MB. This applies to audio, video, images, and files. With modern smartphones with 108MP cameras, it is quite easy to take photos with size over 25MB.

If you are dealing with large media files, you are left with two options here. You can either compress the file and reduce the overall image size or use apps like Telegram that offer up to 2GB of media download support in chats.
